  1. For first-time registrants, please complete account registration and fill out your registration information. TAO members, please enter your membership number and password for identity verification.
  2. Presenters must complete online registration and payment before submitting their abstracts. After completing account registration, you can use the personal website features within the Member Center.
  3. If you complete your registration and payment online, please print your e-receipt from the Member Center 10 days after payment.
  4. The deadline for online and postal remittance registration and payment is Tuesday, November 18, 2025. To ensure sufficient processing time, late registrants must register directly on-site.

⏹︎ Onsite Registration

For those wishing to register after Tuesday, November 18th, online registration platform will reopen during the meeting. Please complete your online registration and payment on-site that day, then proceed to the registration counter to finalize your check-in.

Note:

  • For this annual meeting, members of the Taiwan Orthodontic Society (TOS) will receive the same discounted meeting registration fee as Taiwan Association of Orthodontists (TAO) members. All other fees will be charged at the non-TAO member rate.
  • Refreshments and lunch boxes will be provided during the conference. Vegetarians, please indicate this when you register.
  • During the lectures on December 6th and 7th, please use the QR code on your ID badge to log your credits at the credit registration desk each morning and afternoon.
  • Cancellation and Refund Policy
    1. Early Bird Registration:
      For applications submitted within 10 days after the September 30th deadline, a full refund will be issued online.
      For applications submitted starting from the 11th day, a 10% handling fee will be deducted from the original registration fee. The refund will be issued via registered mail check after the meeting concludes.
    2. General Registration:
      For applications submitted within 10 days after the November 18th deadline, a full refund will be issued online.
      For applications submitted starting from the 11th day, a 10% handling fee will be deducted from the original registration fee. The refund will be issued via registered mail check after the meeting concludes.
    3.  Refund Application Procedure:
      All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email simultaneously to both the Meeting Secretariat and the Association Secretariat at: tao2025meeting@gmail.com & tao.taiwan@msa.hinet.net.
      The email subject line must be: 2025 TAO Annual Meeting Refund Application_[Your Name].
      Please include a screenshot of your successful registration confirmation email, the reason for your refund request, your contact phone number, and your mailing address in the email.
    4. Refund Processing: The refund process will be completed within one month after the meeting at the latest, and you will be notified via email.
    5. Refund Deadline: Once the refund process is completed, you will receive an email notification. No refund applications will be accepted after Friday, November 28th.
